This registration session will allow you to complete your contact information to apply as a Whitby FC voting member.

Applicants  must  be  18  years  of age  or older at  the  time  of  the  application  and  meet  one  of the  following  minimum  requirements:

1.  Is  a registered  player  who  is  in  good  standing with  a  Club  team;  or

2.  Is  the  parent  or legal guardian  of a  registered  player  who  has  not  yet  reached  18  years  of age  at the  time  of  the  application  and  who  is  in  good  standing with  a  Club  team;  or

3.  Is  a registered  team  official  registered  with  a Club  team;  or

4.  Is  a registered  volunteer  servicing  the  Club  in  some  official volunteer  capacity

5.  Is a  registered  employee  of  the Club
